Age & ability appropriate skills sessions to help players develop a strong foundation in the game of Volleyball. We train on a smaller court size, an appropriate net height, and we use volley light balls for our youngest age group. This makes it easier to learn proper technique, and also allows for a more enjoyable experience in the early stages of learning the game. We transition the game to a higher net and larger court at 5th-8th grade. We also take into account the development of each child as opposed to their age when finding the right group.

Please Note: We believe in Long Term Athletic Development in all of our programs. Therefore, we are more concerned with teaching athleticism through the sport of volleyball at the younger ages. This is a long-term approach to success in sport by doing the right things at the right time. Using this approach, we focus on creating a well-rounded athlete that has gained physical literacy in a broad range of movements using volleyball as our guide. This will give athletes confidence to move on to more advanced levels of training in the teen years. If children do not gain agility, balance, coordination, speed, and a love for movement at an early age, it is much more challenging for them to have confidence to continue to play a sport through the teen years.

Our clinics are the best of both worlds where kids gain athleticism and learn proper technique, all while falling in love with the game of Volleyball!
